Mg poster for draw back consideration

07 July 2012 What is definition for MG poster paper for claiming duty draw back as our unit is manufacturing that but custom department is haressing us & saying that u prove it that u are manufacturing PG poster paper other wise he will give one percent drawback instead of 3% while we have submitted our ISO registration certificate , excise registration certificate & factory stuffing permission but even than he (Deputy Commissioner) is not agree for that. Will u please help over this issue?

MY CLARIFICATION :

ACTUALLY MG papers are used for wrapping papers and posters.

YOUR CHA IS NOT EXPLAINING TO CUSTOM THIS IS THE NOT IN GOOD MANNER BY YOUR CHA.

I CHECKED THAT THIS ITEM ITC CODE OF THIS PRODUCT IS : 48022620,DRAWBACK ON THIS ITEMS IS IN PRESENT :3%, (if you not take cenvat)

in this matter you book Personal Hearing to commissioner of custom office of concerned Place and they will issue put up this matter to at last Inspector you must explained in calling in persollany in factory visit .

and tell the procedure of manufacturing PAPAER in your unit.

if inspector explained in their report write you are Manufacturer exporter.

actually for clarification your CHA is not capable @ export examination to custom / excise .

that is why department is farced to give you 1% dbk instead of 3%.
