MY QUERY IS MFG OF KUMKUM FULLY EXEMPTED UNDER GST. BUT PURCHASING OF RAW MATERIAL IS FULLY TAXABLE . WE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ITC CLAIM. HOW TO REVERSE ITC GSTR3B . PL SOLVE THE ISSUE .
