how is the computation as per companies act it can be done as same as income tax act or for no of days plz let me know

Under companies Act it is based upon no. of days.

yaa calculation method is completely different in Companies Act if we compare with Income Tax act.As per companies act , depreciation will be calculated on the number of days basis and in income tax act on the basis of 180 days concept.
