Dear Expert,
I want to merge our sister concern company to
one company , in this case can i transfer all the debtors & Creditors to the master company ?
sister concern is a Pvt ltd

Ya you can merge all the debtors and creditors after taking Court's order. the merging process is done only through Courts or Meeting should be held of Creditors to take their Consent.
