I just want to know the process and possible pro and cons of Merger of two Sole proprietorships into one single Pvt. Ltd.Company keeping in view of GST/Income Tax/Others.

Merger between two companies is possible. In your case, the sole proprietors has to introduce their own share of capital in the business.
