Sir ,
One of our group company is running in loss of 2Crores it is a private limited company , can we claim the said loss after merger of same with a profitable unit

Yes u can claim the losses from the profit making unit after the merger with the same but subject to Provision of "Ch. of Set off, Carry forward and set off of losses".
