i have a partner ship firm.and a private ltd.co...
plan to merge partnership firm to private ltd co.
what is the formalitys....for this..????

No merging or amalgamation is possible. However assets and liabilities of the partership firm can be taken over by the limited co in exchage of shares allotted to the partners of the partnership firm.
Other alternative is to convert the partnership firm into a limited company and then merge the two companies or amalgamate them.

thanks sir....and one more doubt .we have a food licence and liquor license , we can serve the food and liquor in other our firm which is in same premises as a outdoor catering service basis
