(a) Any majority of the partners.
(b) 2/3rd majority of the partners.
(c) 3/4th majority of the partners.
(d) Unanimous consent of all the majority of the existing partners.
Plz note that unanimous means "all" and in your option (d) it is written "all the majority" which is WRONG.
