A partner have some authority, for some activity need not take permission from partner.
It is implied(express or state indirectly ) that if a customer order some goods he need send it.
so answer is b: to send goods to trade creditors

In a partnership, partners have some implied authority which they can perform on their own, without asking permission of any other partner. It is implied by statute which may or may not be expressed in words.
