Mention wrong D'mat Account no in IPO application

hi friends..
While filling the IPO application of Reliance Power, i have filled wrong D'mat Account no. ( I have mentioned any NSDL d'mat no instead of CDSL d'mat no.).
The Shares have been credited to that persons's d'mat account and i think refund also.
What i have to do to get back my shares and refund ? pls help....

This IPO was from Kavy as sub agent. You should contact with Karvy's no. given on first page of form. Refer IPO Form
