29 October 2010 I have querry on undertaking between shareholders of a Pvt. company when shares are bein transferred from one person to another. can anyone would like to tell me the format of such kind of undertaking....

29 October 2010 Hi Dear,

In fact when physical shares are transferred one has to fill up the Share transfer Form alongwith necessary stamp fees.

I have never heard of this undertaking

but yes, if the case is of trnsmission of shares then No objection certificate has to be taken fromt he deseased shareholder for transmission of his shares to another

01 November 2010 hi dear, as my PRINCIPLE has made a lot of such kind of undertaking but he told me to prepare it self. UNDERTAKING is term used when shares of pvt. co. are being transferred since transfer of these sahers are restricted subject to certain conditions. and i think UNDERTAKING preparation is one of these condition.
