15 June 2010 Main objects to the Memorandum of Association:

1. To acquire or lease cars, passenger vans, SUVs and other vehicles and run as tourist taxi and run cab services.

2. To take on lease such vehicles on lease on day to day basis from such operators and run them on lease.

3. To organise tours and visits to different locations on such terms and conditions as conducive to the Company by getting permit from various Government Authorities as needed from time to time.
