Subsriber to MOA wants to sign in HINDI, Can he do so? If YES than what is the further compliances have to be made?

Subscriber can sign in hindi, it tantamounts to that he does not no english. Therefore he should write there that the contents in english has been explained to him in hindi and he understood fully before signing.
