i want to know that while allotment of membership number is pending , whether COP can be aplied for..? and where should the application for membership number be sent...should it be addressed to the respective regional office or head office, delhi..?

Membership and COP can be applied in the same form, i.e. Form 2. However, if you have not applied in the Form 2 you can apply it separately. Even if you membership number is pending allotment, then also you can apply for the same. It should be addressed to respective regional office.
