Is ther any problem if after clearing CA one does not opt for membership and instead goes for employment..?? i mean can u opt for a job with your marks statement of CA Final.

Unless you become a member of ICAI, you are not considered as C.A. For both practice and employment, membership is compulsory. To go for practice, COP is required.
