As per Sec 41,
1. subcribers to MoA are the members.
2. person who agrees in writing to become a member and whose name is in registrar of memeber of Company And
Thus, individual,Company or other corporate or institution have seperate legal status can become a member of the company.
Also employee can become an member of the Co.
