While doing exports please select "yes" against rewards coloumn of Shipping Bill.

After completion of exports and receipt of payment ....

 Importer shall file on-line application with DGFT through form ANF 3A for MEIS License.
 The relevant SB and e-BRC shall be linked with online application
 Where the reward under MEIS is available to specified countries, documents for proof of landing as specified in the policy also need to be attached along with the application
 Port of registration may be any one of the ports from where the exports are made

Application for MEIS to be filed within ….

 12 months from the date of Let Export Order (LEO) or
 3 months from the date of uploading of EDI SB onto the DGFT Server by Customs

Whichever is later
