A, a practising CA does not want to apply for Urbank Co-operative Bank.

Can he fill only the MEF Main Form and submit for 2011-12 ?

Ans : ...............

Can he simply ignore the Application for audit of UCB/UCS, as he is not interested to apply and he has no previous experience in the audit of UCB / UCS ?

Ans : ...............

15 August 2011 It is clearly written in the advisory as follows:

Applicants should note that Q. No. 13 onwards including Requirements of Urban
Cooperative Banks /Credit & other cooperative societ's panel, is optional. However, members are encouraged to provide the same to the extent possible since this would be considered to provide experience specific panels to various authorities/ entities as per the criteria specified by them. No further information would be called for by the Institute in respect of experience requirements.
