Please give the following detail:
1. A Company how many types of meetings will conduct?
2. Time limit for conducting the meetings?
3. What is the notice period?
4. Who is the authority to conduct the meetings.
AGM- Once in a calender year, latest by 15 months from last AGM(or 6 months from end of FY). 21 clear days notice is required. It is called by BoD.
EGM- by 21 clear days notice BoD/Shareholder/CLB can call the meeting
Every other meetings ... as per requirement
