Medical Reimbursement is applicable for employee's family i.e. his father, mother , brother , spouse etc.
If both father and son is working in different organisaion and medical reimbursement on the basis of same bills as photocopy of bills are presented.
Is it right or not.
If not how can it be avoided????

It is not correct. The company should frame rules to avoid duplication of payment

one way to avoid is to accept only original bills, which most of companies do.

ORIGINAL BILLS ARE ASKED TO PASS ANY CLAIM OF MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENTS.
SAME BILLS CANNOT BE CLAIMED BY TWO PERSONS EVEN IF REIMBURSEMENT IS ALLOWED.
