my question is that medical reimbursement amount can be added in salary or not?

YES UPTO RS.15000 PROVIDED MEDICAL ALLOWANCE FORMS PART OF YOUR SALARY AS PER CTC OR APPOINTMENT LETTER

15000/- is in respect of expenditure in other than specified hospitals otherwise it is fully exempt.
