Hi,
My questions is, i fergot to claim my medical reimbursement in form 16........can i claim while filing income tax return.

yes you can claim medical reimbursement u/s 80 D. no matter u forget to give detail in form 16.
because tds will be deduct not increase. hence it will be considerable when u claim in return of income.
