i am proprietor.i made exp of rs 1,25 lacs on medical treatment for one of the my employee
so my que is
1:- can i get 1.25lacs as allowable expenses
2:- can i also claim mediacal allowance us 80d,if i paid insurance of my spouse

What i can understand from your query is your wife is your employee.
1. Irrespective of that, if you can present that there is clearly a employer employee relationship and you have paid for the medical treatment of this employee then you can claim expense.
2. In your income tax return you can claim for mediclaim insurance premium of your spouse u/s 80D.
Pls note that if you have received reimbursement from insurance company against the medical expenditure, you should bring back that amount into your business as you have paid for expenses from your business.
