Medical allowance taxable or not

I want to pay rs100000 to one of the employee as medical allowance per month. Is it incuded in salary. If yes then suggest me some tax planning

It will be taxable in the hands of employee. The other option can be break this amount into various reimbursement, where atleast tax can be saved.

Fixed medical allowances is fully taxable.
