Board resolution is the resolution passed by Board of Directors in a Board Meeting. In Board meeting ordinary resolutions are passed. Special resolutions are passed in General Meeting (i.e Meeting of Members).

More than 50% votes are required for passing Board Resolution / Ordinary Resolution.
