Hi
With removal of FBT, would the meal vouchers( eg sodexho)given by employer be taxed as perks in hands of employees.
Should the employers restrict the meal vouchers entitlement to meet the slab Rs 50/- per meal per day.

it is not told in the notification abt the per day. Seems that employer can provide more than one meal in case the office hours ids arranged such that thr are 2 meals.
Thi jus an interpretation on the notification. this is a debatable issue from employee point of view, and a loophole in the notification. So cash it.
