I'm a bcom graduate. and right now studying for ipcc. haven't passed ipcc.
but I want to do mom f&t from ignou.
is it possible for me to apply for that course.

Yes, it is very much possible, I don't think there should be any bar for you bcoz you are already a graduate that is the essential qualification for PG. Go ahead & good luck !!
