25 June 2013 On MCA portal in signatory details the date of appointment of director is not correct. How we can rectify it?

25 June 2013 Take the print out of signatory detail, fill the correct detail on space provided at right side for correction. Pass a Board Resolution and authorise some Director, Manager or Secretary to sign details in the print copy. Enclose the proof of date of appointment i.e. Copy of Form 32 and BR copy.. Send the same to concerned ROC office.

To Conclude: Take the print out of signatory details by clicking on the print button provided there, rest you will understand automatically by going through that.
