Mca error - sign for practicing professional is unsigned

I am trying to incorporate small company.
While filling form INC-22 & DIR-12 it shows error that "Signature field for Practicing Professional is unsigned"
I have tried using downloading new forms many times
Also tried by typing as well as copying but it shows same error.
Kindly help us to resolve it.

As per rules pre-certification in respect of small companies and OPC is not required, so forms have been modified to give effect to that

Yes that is true but MCA website does not accepts the modified forms.
