Mca error - sign for practicing professional is unsigned

13 June 2014 I am trying to incorporate small company.
While filling form INC-22 & DIR-12 it shows error that "Signature field for Practicing Professional is unsigned"

I have tried using downloading new forms many times
Also tried by typing as well as copying but it shows same error.

Kindly help us to resolve it.

13 June 2014 As per rules pre-certification in respect of small companies and OPC is not required, so forms have been modified to give effect to that
