MCA E-FORM FILING STATUS

19 April 2023 I have filed a Form STK-2 and now the status shows " Matter Referred to RD". What does that mean. ? Did i need to follow any particular course of action for the same. Can anyone pls help me to sort out the issue.

19 April 2023 After filing STK 2 form, the ROC shall confirm whether the company has made sufficient provision to realise all the outstanding amounts and from the payment of its obligations and liabilities within a reasonable time.
If necessary, the ROC can also demand undertaking from the director concerned or other officials administering the company’s management.
Seven Regional Directors (RD) are in-charge of the respective regions, each region comprising a number of States and Union Territories. They supervise the working of the offices of the Registrars of Companies and the Official Liquidators working in their regions.
So, the application has been referred to RD in charge of specific region for its compliance.
