Hello Amit Bhaia....
i m in my ist yr of articleship & m final attempt is due on Nov,08.
I am also pursuing CS...
I want to do more... i.e i wnt to utilised my articleship period apart 4rom practical training...
Is MBA from IGNOU is right option.???
I hv qualified the entrance test i.e. OPENMAT...
plz A D V I CE

CA PLUS CS FINE WHY MBA , DO YOU WANT TO BE MANAGMNT GRADUATE ?
DID ANY BODY TELL YOU THAT CA PLUS CS IS A GOOD PROF. QUAL. MORE RELEVANT WILL BE A LAW QUALIF. WITH CS AFTER CA ,BECAUSE YOU WILL BE HEAD OF FINANCE PLUS C.S, AND YOU WILL ALSO HEAD LEGAL CELL. THESE ARE ALL IN ONE LINE.
BUT MBA MEANS AN ODD MAN OUT, IF YOU WISH TO BE CFO PLUS COMPANY SECY.
WHY MBA EXCEPT FOR ADDING A DEGREE WHICH NEED NOT NECESSARILY ADD TO YOUR CAREER AS CFO PLUS CS AND (LL.B) WHICH IS ALRADY IN A PARTICULAR GROOVE OR LINE?
OR ALTERNATIVELY IF YOU PUSH FOR MBA AFTER CA, THAT IS A DIFFERENT LINE.

since, LLB is capus course.
As i m doing my articleship, it is not possible on my part to attend regular classes.
therefore, I need such a course which does not require regular classes.
Plz advice me wat to do and how to do????

I am agreed with R.V.Rao.As well as if you want to do M.B.A.Go ahead,But if you want to do than dont do at the cost of articleship as well as dont do from IGNOU,ICFAI and all ..If you want to do MBA than do seriously from any good B-School(TOP 20 B-School) Otherwise no need to do you will not be benefitted.
CA and CS is good combination after completing your CA you can do CFA but Currently i need to suggest you.. that you will concentrate on your articleship only

MBA from Ignou is the cheap and best option for learners across the country. It is of 2.5 years duration with the number of courses equivalent to 21.
