Hello Sir,
My attempt in May 2017 and still i confused that new coure likely to be declared would be applicable or not upon me. When it is applicable what is about taxation and isca. Please suggest me for my exam preperation.

Till date the new syllabus is not announced and it is likely to get notified shortly. ICAI will permit existing candidates to clear their examination under the existing syllabus by providing a window of few attempts. Simultaneously new scheme is also said to run parallel and if you wish to opt for it you can go with the new scheme. A detailed announcement on this is expected very shortly.
