12 May 2008 in CLSP paper i have quoted sections in one of the questions like
sec.220 of companies(amendment) act 2006
i want to know whether i am right or wrong. should i need to mention sec 220 of
companies act 1956 instead of section 220 of companies(amendment) act 2006. should examiner award zero in this question although i have stated everything correctly under this section. pl.help me on this issue.

12 May 2008 It is recommended that for such papers do not write the sections, as if at all you write the sections and if it wrong there is not award marks, however if you do not mention the section its ok.

In your case i guess you will get half of the marks as you have attempted to write the section and in-turn it is only half correct.
