sir,
i have been passed ipcc gr-exam in may 11, and my final exams was due in may-13, and my ipcc gr 2 exam still pending, if i will cleared it in nov 13, then can i give my ca final exam in may 13

May 2013 already passed; so based on your heading i considering you asking about May 2014 attempt.
Provided if you completed or completing your two and half years of articleship as on 1-5-2014 including excess leaves if any and completed IPCC 2nd group in November 2013 attempt then you are eligible for May 2014 Final Attempt.
