DEAR EXPERTS,
CAN ANYONE TELL ME THAT IS THERE ANY CHANGE IN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SHAREHOLDERS FOR A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY.

No, I don't think of any such change, it remains to be 50. However in calculating the same exclusion is given for employee or ex-employee members.

There is no change in the minimum no. of shareholder u/s 11 of companies act/
