06 May 2011 good morning sir, i want your help sir, i m a transporter and sir my bus hired by a school.but sir i faced a problem.that the school incharge deduct pf of my driver . when i asked them than they said to me. that rule are applicable. now sir plz tell me any rule about this . sir WHAT I DO that they did not deduct pf of my worker . sir will they get refund of pf amt. when they will fill return in itr 4. plz sir plz reply

07 May 2011 Since your bus is under contract to them, they are deducting the PF. Who is paying the salary of the driver. I think they would be paying.

Even if you are paying the salary of the driver, your botheration is over if they deduct the PF.

But the driver has to get the PF account slip every year as a proof of remittance of PF
