gud evening to all experts,
i have a query abt. income tax return for the year of 2010-2011. i m a transporter. my query is that can i e-file my income tax return form itr4s. for the fy. 2010-11 . while i have no tax liablity . and tds refund 6000. and will i paid any interest or panelty.

yes u can file return for the f. year 10-11
, if yours income cross the limit specified
than u have to pay Interest on Tax & Max Penalty Rs 5000/- on the discretion of AO
