15 May 2012 Gud evening to all great experts if i want to register my firm with my name chawla transport co.Than what will be the proces to get registestration .

15 May 2012 If is a proprietorship, then there is no such process of firm registration. But then you need to get necessary licenses that are required to start a business.

If it is a partnership firm , then you need to prepare a partnership deed and then get is registered with registrar of firms.

16 May 2012 These licensing depend upon state to state. Like in Maharashtra, there is Shop and Establishment License in short called as Shop Act License. This license is mandatory for any type of business in Maharashtra, irrespective of the type of organisation.
