plz tell me if my firm are not register in excise & i am fill my quarterly excise return late deposit after due date. than how much i will paid panelty.2000 or 10000

not understood pls clarify
if u r not registered the how u impose the excise, if not where is the question of depositing same.

without excise registration if you are charging excise duty it will be an offensive case.. with ECC Code No you cant debit the excise duty in bank.
