SIR I WANT UR HELP SIR PLZ TELL ME THAT IF MY INCOME NET 1.80 LAKH AND SIR AFTER DEDUCTION MY INCOME LESS THAN SLAB THAN WILL TDS DEDUCT FROM MY AMT. AND SIR WILL I FILL RETURN

If your Gross Income before deduction is more than 1.80 Lacs, you have to file Return
No TDS Deduction required if net Income is not exceeding Limit.
No TDS Deduction required if net Income is not exceeding Limit.
