plz anyone tell me i m a salaryclass person & i will fill my return on 31 july.now sir plz tell me if i want to refund .than sir in which form i can claim.supoose my income not more than 1.60 lakh

if only salary income and income from interest then ITR - 1.

Yes. As a salary income- you need to file ITR-1, Refund can be claimed the actual tax paid is excess of actual tax liabilty
