18 July 2012 thanks for reply sir. can you tell me that. we rec. per month printer charges bill and this bill service tax add 12.36% amount is 1650. than sir can i claim this amount when i will fill monthly return of excise. i can not claim this amount at the time of service tax because we deposit service tax in uttarakhand only goods transport agancy.
