PLZ TELL ME MY FIRM ARE NOT REGISTER IN EXCISE .SUPOOSE I AM NOT FILL MY QUERTERLY RETURN IN DUE DATE.THAN HOW MUCH PANELTY I WILL PAID 2000 OR 10000

Hi Mr. Rajiv,
If your firm is not register with Excise then you should not file any type of return
And therefore there is not matter for penalty also.
