07 February 2009 Our unit 1 in uttakhand enjoying Income tax exemption for five year and unit 2 is in silvasa having income tax applicable . so my questiion is wether MAT is applicable to our company in Unit 1 capacity or Unit 2 capacity or as whole company for FY 2008-09.
