If a company was having speculation loss in last FY and in this year there is only speculation gain, no other business profit will the MAT be applicable. IF YES on which amount

MAT is applicable on all companies and on all type of income of company, so the MAT is applicable to a company which has only speculation income. MAT will be computed as per the provisions of sec. 115JB. Hope the above is suffice>>..
