Dear Experts,
Would you please tel me whether donation to school will have effect on the MAT computation. Whether this will be added back under MAT calculation.

No it will not be inclusded as Donation is to be considered for calculation of taxable income. Since you have already deducted donation from your P & L A/c it cannot be added for MAT
