21 September 2009 Finance Act, 2007 has extended the applicability of MAT to companies enjoying tax holiday under Section 10A/10B of the Income-Tax Act, 1961. (PY 07-08)

Pre incorporation stage would mean no business yet formed . no tax audit , 44AB not attracted
