Master Data correction - MCA

Hi
The Masterdata of our company on MCA site shows a Paid-up capital, which is more than the actual as per the books. Last Return of Allotment figure tally with the book figure.
However, in the last Annual Return, erroneously paid-up capital was shown more than what is there in the books and now the same figure appears in the Master Data.
Kindly advice on :
1)How the error on the Annual Return can be corrected
2) How the Master Data can get corrected

Revised annual return is not possible now. But you can correct the master data. You have to take a print out of master data from website and in your letter head give the changes required and same has been duly passed by the board in resolution and file the same to the roc for corrections in mca website. Next time in annual return you have to give the correct figure.
