agar xam paper main cutting hoti hai toh marks toh nahi kate jate n entries dalne ke no. milte hain kya.........

If we see directly to cutting ke marks nhi kat te hai...but indirectly it leaves a bad impression on the checker as it indicates lack of confidence, so try not do it....
as regards entries marks tabhi honge agar question mein puchha hogga otherwise nhi.
