As per Market Linked Focus Product Incentive Scheme, incentive is given on a particular product to a particular market.
ITC HS code 87089900 (Other Machined Front Axle ,Beams And stearings) incentive is Given in USA and Maxico.
why the incentive in USA is given under ITC HS code 87089900 (moter Vehical Parts)
An ITC HS code consist of several Products but acoording to the scheme incentive in USA (motor vehical parts) should not be allowed.
Kindly Clerify this aspect.

after loging the Digital key the application may be submitted.
FOR MLFPS Documents Require for submission in DGFT office:(as per previous ftp)
3.EP copy of Shipping Bills in Original,
4. e-Bank Realization Certificate of shipping bills
5.Certified true copy of IEC and Valid RCMC.
6.Declarations
7 Disclaimer Certificate &
8.Declaration as per Public Notice No. 21 dtd 09.10.2012.
9. Declaration as per Para 3.17.2 Of Foreign Trade Policy. &
10.Landing certificate Duly sign & stamped by Shipping line in respect of Para 3.8.2 of HBP V-1 2009-2014
